Have been previously impressed by your website.

Before Christmas we were looking to remortgage our propery in London W8 taking into account the it's rental (we are currently living in Australia). The timing wasn't right pre-Christmas, but we wish to re-explore the option, as our current capped rate is up for renewal next month.

I believe you have all our details, and these haven't changed.

If they are no longer on your database please advise and I will resend.

Could you please forward an update, as to what packages are available to us at the moment for a remortgage from our expat position, based upon our previously sent information. Please also advise lead times if we were to instruct you to proceed.
