Long time no hear, I would just like to say thanks for all the help with this nightmare transaction.

I have now completed the final stages of my Self Build property and can say it was all well worth it. The estate agents have just valued the property at £475,000 and I can't believe it, £200,000 profit for 9 months work.

As stated earlier if you guys are passing by drop in for a cup of tea/fortnights break!
